Do I need an appointment?

Yes, at this time we don't have walk-in hours. Please contact us through the site or on Instagram to set up an appointment.

How many people can come to a single appointment?

We can take up to 3 people per-appointment so please just book a single one.

Are the bracelets really permanent? What if I need to take it off?

A few options for jewelry removal if necessary: make an appointment to have it removed in our studio, cut the jump ring (connecting piece) with wire cutters or cut the chain itself close to the jump ring with scissors. *Clasps are available upon request.

Will the jewelry tarnish?

Although 14K gold-filled jewelry won't tarnish, it can get dirty from the oils in your skin, lotions, sweat, etc. The easiest way to clean your chain is to scrub it with a soft toothbrush and mild soap, rinse well and pat dry. You can also use the polishing cloths suggested on our Jewelry Care page.

Sterling silver is more affected by humidity and moisture. It can start to develop a patina over time which starts off a brassy color and then gets darker. This can also be shined up using the suggested polishing cloth on our Jewelry Care page or any silver cleaner.

Can I wear my jewelry through airport security?

Yes, it's not enough metal to set the metal detector off.

Will I have to take it off for an MRI or any medical procedures?

Yes, you will have to take all of your jewelry off for most medical procedures. Best to ask ahead of time and if you do, please feel free to set up an appointment to have it temporarily removed and I would be happy to put it back on post procedure.

What if my permanent jewelry falls off or stretches out?

It can happen to the best of us, something gets caught and bam, it's off. If it's a clean break I'm happy to put it back on, same with stretching. If it stretches too much it might be difficult to size down, but it's always worth an ask!

Is there a warranty?

If your bracelet, anklet or necklace falls off within 2 weeks of having it put on I'll either re-attach or replace the chain.

Is there an age requirement?

16 and up are welcome to come in anytime to get the jewelry put on. Children 8-16 have to be accompanied by an adult. Children under 8 will have to have a clasp.

Forever Banded appointments are available at our studio located at

657 Persons St. East Aurora, NY. 14052.

We are located on the second floor (stairs on the outside of the building).

****Please do not enter though the Webster Szanyi LLP door.
