Returns are accepted until 15 days after item is received, after that store credit is given up until 30 days after the item has been purchased. Customers must contact gretchen@pegshardware.com prior to mailing the package back. Sale, discounted, custom, or personalized items are final sale.

In the event of an exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the returning of the item.

Items must be sent back unworn and in original packaging.
